Over the past 35 years Mr. Winterich has gained significant financial leadership and operational management experience. He has held numerous CFO and COO positions in a variety of public and private companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to start-up technology companies. Prior to joining Ridgeline, Mr. Winterich was the CFO/COO of Ensynch, a Microsoft Gold Partner which was successfully sold to Insight. Prior to Ensynch, Mr. Winterich was the CFO/COO of Horizon Waste Services. He served as CFO of Mobility Electronics, a start-up technology company that raised $55M in an IPO in 2000. As Director of Finance for Square D Corporation, a $1.8B Fortune 500 Company, he was responsible for strategic planning, IT and the operation of domestic and foreign production facilities managing a staff in excess of 200 employees.
Mr. Bridges brings more than a decade of experience in senior management positions in finance and accounting with both public and private companies. From 2006 to the present, Mr. Bridges served in positions of increasing executive responsibility for the Shopoff Companies, a private real estate investment firm specializing in offering qualified clients diversified long-term investment opportunities for a diversified client base including banks, developers, builders, and high net worth individuals. Mr. Bridges served as Chief Financial Officer, was a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary of Shopoff Properties Trust, a publicly registered, non-traded real estate investment trust. Mr. Bridges also acted as Financial and Operations Principal, during and subsequent to the launch of Shopoff Securities Inc., a registered broker/dealer firm. Additionally, Mr. Bridges was the Chief Financial Officer for The Shopoff Group, L.P., a real estate venture capital and investment firm.

Brad Shybunka is a Professional Agrologist with a 15-year history in oil and gas environmental services. He joined Ridgeline Energy Services in 2001, became Senior Project Manager, Operations in 2002 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2004. His professional experience includes conducting environmental assessments for environmental protection plans, enabling the remediation and closure of contaminated sites impacted by hydrocarbon, glycol, metals, solvent, herbicide and brine. With formal training in soil remediation, groundwater remediation, oilfield waste management and disposal, environmental toxicology, environmental impact assessment, technical writing, natural attenuation and environmental auditing, Mr. Shybunka understands the regulations governing oil and natural gas operation in Western Canada.

Jason Flatla is a Professional Agrologist with over 17 years of environmental consulting experience in western Canada's oil and gas sectors. Mr. Flatla is Founder and President of Landmark Environmental Ltd. (est. 1999), an environmental consulting firm that was acquired by Ridgeline Energy Services in October 2009. With that acquisition, Mr. Flatla joined the Ridgeline team as a partner in Ridgeline Energy Services and became President of Ridgeline GreenFill Inc.
