Mr. Danzik is an engineer by profession and the Inventor of the water treatment and distributed energy technology. Proven product and process development design expertise. Dennis is a noted and published expert in polyolefin design and application . Twenty Eight Years experience in Scientific Investigation, Financial and Technical Presentations. National Society of Professional Engineers, Society of Plastics Engineers(Senior Member), Arizona Society of Professional Engineers', New Mexico Society of Professional Engineers, Nevada Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Testing Materials, Institute of Industrial Engineers (Senior Member). Mr. Danzik has twenty six years of patent experience, with U.S. and foreign patents issued. U.S. Defense contractor (retired). MIT Alumni [Sloan] and Member MIT Product Development Group.
Mr. Carrigan is a seasoned entrepreneur and an active investor in the alternative energy field, focusing on wastewater technologies. Mr. Carrigan has specialized in discovering emerging proprietary technologies, leading their development for commercial use and personally directing corporate acquisitions, operations and marketing strategies. Prior to that, Mr. Carrigan was founder of several successful business ventures including Grant Enterprises, LLC, which provided innovative new products and revenue streams for resort casinos in Las Vegas, as well as Eastern Services Group, Inc., which provided financial consulting services to clients in the gaming industry. Mr. Carrigan holds a BS in business finance and accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his MBA from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Noelting has been President and CEO of Cryptologic Inc., a leading software development company serving the internet gaming market with a strong proprietary financial transaction engine. During his tenure, Cryptologic was honored as the fastest growing company in Canada by Profit Magazine. He has also been President of Westburne Inc., Canada's leading distributor of electrical, plumbing and industrial supply products with sales of $3 billion. Before its sale to Rexel SA of France, Westburne had recorded sales and profit growth of +25%, from a successful program of acquisitions and continued organic growth. Mr. Noelting was also Divisional President with Parmalat Canada, in charge of the Food Group, its largest business units with sales of $1 billion. Jean has an engineering background, he is bilingual and has an M.A.Sc. from the University of Toronto. He has been a recipient of the "Top 40 under 40" (high achiever award).
Mr. MacFarlane is President and a Founder of GPO Capital Corporation, an alternative investment management company. He also serves as Chairman both of Ceannate Corporation, a leading business process outsourcing firm focused entirely on the education sector, and Meridian Development Partners, a real estate investment firm. Mr. MacFarlane has more than 30 years of experience as an investor in and advisor to financial and business services companies worldwide. Mr. MacFarlane was also a founding member of Venturion Capital and Aquiline Capital Partners, both private equity investment firms focusing on growth oriented firms in the financial and business services industries worldwide. Previously, he served as a Director in Smith Barney's M&A group. Prior to Smith Barney, he served as Director of Financial Institutions and Senior Advisor to the President for the Cabinet-level Resolution Trust Corporation Oversight Board, which set the strategy and policy for the $100 billion savings & loan cleanup. Mr. MacFarlane was also a Senior Manager at both Andersen Consulting and Oliver, Wyman & Company - both leading management consulting firms. Mr. MacFarlane earned his BA with Honors in Chemistry from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
