Douglas Johnson
Chairman

Douglas Johnson has over 30 years of experience in the financing of public and private companies. Since 1982, Mr. Johnson has been president and chief executive officer of Canfund Ventures Corporation (Canfund). Canfund is a venture investor specializing in microcap and start-up companies, with extensive investments in resources and technology companies. Mr. Johnson is also the president, chief executive officer and a director of Foundation Resources Inc., and a director of Search Capital Inc., both of which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Tony Ker
CEO, Ridgeline Energy Services Inc.

Tony Ker provides strategic direction to the management and operations teams while overseeing investor relations initiatives. A seasoned businessman, Mr. Ker brings more than 20 years' experience building and operating companies in natural resources and manufacturing in North America. Before joining Ridgeline, Mr. Ker was the CEO of Gryphon Gold Corporation where he guided its transition from a private gold exploration and development company to a publicly-traded company. Developing long-term customer relationships, implementing profitable manufacturing systems, and assembling management teams that support organizational growth and continuity signify a remarkable track record.

Tyler Heathcote
President, Ridgeline Energy Services Inc. and Ridgeline Water Inc.

From business administration to human resources to marketing, Tyler Heathcote oversees all business units of Ridgeline Energy Services Inc., including Ridgeline Environment Inc., Ridgeline Water Inc., and Ridgeline GreenFill Inc. Mr. Heathcote has owned and operated companies in the energy services sector for over 20 years. His unyielding focus on the creation of enduring relationships with customers and vendors has resulted in loyal clients and continuous revenue growth.

Brad Shybunka, B.Sc., P.Ag.
President, Ridgeline Environment Inc.

Brad Shybunka is a Professional Agrologist with a 15-year history in oil and gas environmental services. He joined Ridgeline Energy Services in 2001, became Senior Project Manager, Operations in 2002 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2004. His professional experience includes conducting environmental assessments for environmental protection plans, enabling the remediation and closure of contaminated sites impacted by hydrocarbon, glycol, metals, solvent, herbicide and brine. With formal training in soil remediation, groundwater remediation, oilfield waste management and disposal, environmental toxicology, environmental impact assessment, technical writing, natural attenuation and environmental auditing, Mr. Shybunka understands the regulations governing oil and natural gas operation in Western Canada.

Kelly Sledz

Kelly Sledz is a chartered accountant with a background in the oil and gas industry. Past positions include acting as an auditor for KPMG and Deloite Touche before acting as Controller, and VP of Finance for public oil and gas exploration companies. Mr. Sledz brings a unique blend of public company experience, oil & gas industry knowledge, and financial acumen to the company.

Robert Raymond

Robert Raymond brings over 25 years of business and management experience to the company. With extensive experience building business units, his intricate knowledge of the insurance business and savvy negotiating skills are a true asset to Ridgeline Energy Services.
