Tony Ker
CEO, Ridgeline Energy Services Inc.
Tony Ker provides strategic direction to the management and operations teams while overseeing investor relations initiatives. A seasoned businessman, Mr. Ker brings more than 20 years' experience building and operating companies in natural resources and manufacturing in North America. Before joining Ridgeline, Mr. Ker was the CEO of Gryphon Gold Corporation where he guided its transition from a private gold exploration and development company to a publicly-traded company. Developing long-term customer relationships, implementing profitable manufacturing systems, and assembling management teams that support organizational growth and continuity signify a remarkable track record.
Tyler Heathcote
President, Ridgeline Energy Services Inc. and Ridgeline Water Inc.
From business administration to human resources to marketing, Tyler Heathcote oversees all business units of Ridgeline Energy Services Inc., including Ridgeline Environment Inc., Ridgeline Water Inc., and Ridgeline GreenFill Inc. Mr. Heathcote has owned and operated companies in the energy services sector for over 20 years. His unyielding focus on the creation of enduring relationships with customers and vendors has resulted in loyal clients and continuous revenue growth.
Brad Shybunka, B.Sc., P.Ag.
President, Ridgeline Environment Inc.
Brad Shybunka is a Professional Agrologist with a 15-year history in oil and gas environmental services. He joined Ridgeline Energy Services in 2001, became Senior Project Manager, Operations in 2002 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2004. His professional experience includes conducting environmental assessments for environmental protection plans, enabling the remediation and closure of contaminated sites impacted by hydrocarbon, glycol, metals, solvent, herbicide and brine. With formal training in soil remediation, groundwater remediation, oilfield waste management and disposal, environmental toxicology, environmental impact assessment, technical writing, natural attenuation and environmental auditing, Mr. Shybunka understands the regulations governing oil and natural gas operation in Western Canada.
Jason Flatla, B.Sc., P.Ag.
President, Ridgeline Greenfill Inc.
Jason Flatla is a Professional Agrologist with over 17 years of environmental consulting experience in western Canada?s oil and gas sectors. Mr. Flatla is Founder and President of Landmark Environmental Ltd. (est. 1999), an environmental consulting firm that was acquired by Ridgeline Energy Services in October 2009. With that acquisition, Mr. Flatla joined the Ridgeline team as a partner in Ridgeline Energy Services and became President of Ridgeline GreenFill Inc.
Clint Wolstenholme
Manager of Human Resources and ISO 9001
Clint Wolstenholme has been part of the Ridgeline team since 2002, helping clients to minimize the environmental impact of oil and natural gas operations. In addition to his corporate and human resources duties, Mr. Wolstenholme serves as a project manager for well site excavation and remediation projects. He is well-versed in environmental site assessments and sampling, remediation and reclamation strategies, and cost estimating; he also possesses experience in finance, agriculture and oilfield construction.
