Health and Safety

At Ridgeline our commitment to safety starts at the top – with senior management – and works its way down through every level of our organization. Ridgeline's three Certified Safety Officer (CSO) and an in-house Alberta Certified Safety Auditor oversee all aspects of our safety program's development, implementation and enforcement. They are assisted by Ridgeline's project managers, who are responsible for safety documentation and conducting field audits to identify site hazards and ensure best practices in safety are followed.

Ridgeline has a Certificate of Recognition (COR) from the Alberta Safety and Construction Association, a key item that affirms the designated operator has designed and implemented comprehensive safety policies and procedures. We are members of HSE Canada and are ISN-Certified through ISNetworld. Ridgeline also provides its employees with the standard oil and natural gas industry safety courses, plus leadership for safety excellence training and additional safety training for specific jobs.
